David has worked in all departments of the Company and assumed the position of Chairman in 2004. David focuses on supporting the strategic and financial planning of the Company. David’s father started Keyline in the early 1970s and had previously spent time in the 50’s and 60’s working with US military intelligence in the Middle East.
Kevin has worked in the security industry for over 32 years operating predominately in the manned guarding and Cash and Valuables in Transit sectors. A progressive career has included many years experience as a security Operations Director and Commercial Director. This experience has been harnessed to develop Keyline Chartered Security Limited as a Company that significantly differentiates itself from other security providers.
Karina has worked for Keyline Chartered Security for over 20 years and is an Executive Director. She is responsible for all the quality aspects of the business and this includes maintaining our SIA Approved Contractor status, ISO 9001 2008, Exor and Safe contractor.
Jon served for over 23 years in the British Army. He has had experience in dealing with all aspects of Security from the ground upwards, Jon has excellent communications skills and considerable experience enabling him to start and maintain a quality security service. From this experience he has a very good understanding of the day to day challenges encountered in a progressive operationally driven organisation.
Sandra Watts has been with the company for twelve years progressing from Office Administrator to Office Manager. Sandra manages all of the essential office facilities. This includes all matters regarding general operational administration, SIA licensing, assignment instructions, incident reports, Sandra is also PA to the Managing Director.
Suzanne Bennett joined Keyline in 2006. Her role within the company is to manage the 24 hour manned operational Communications Centre. This in essence requires close monitoring of the computerised roster system staff pay role and general day to day operational support services. This position is also fundamental to the personnel function within the organisation.
Malcolm is a fully qualified accountant and member of the Institute of Financial Accountants. He has substantial knowledge and experience of financial, management accounts, including payroll. Malcolm has held senior financial management positions in several large UK Companies.
Fred is a very experienced business development and marketing professional. He has worked in the service industry for over 26 years. Fred communicates with potential clients the Company’s management methods and strategic overview culminating in the promotion of our philosophy of continuous service improvement.
